About.
Let’s be honest… Bios are weird. Especially bios that are written in the third person as if I, Joe, am not the one typing this right now.
So hello! And take this as you will…
The son to a Vietnam vet turned DJ and the most extroverted woman that’s ever walked the earth, I am an actor, a writer, a poet for pleasure, and a failing musician. But hey, at least I’m trying. Also, I was voted “Most Likely to Become a Millionaire” by my 4th grade class. Let’s just say I’m still investing…
I believe a good folk song can indeed change the world and a mimosa in the morning can bring anyone together. I’ll go all-in over the fold every time. I am a praiser of the vagabond drifter, the rebellious rogue, and the bombastic bard. My favorite books are Water for Elephants, Brave New World, and The Dharma Bums. I love cheesecake with all my heart and know everything in life is better with a strawberry on top. And a bit of strawberry syrup never hurt nobody neither.
I believe that my purpose is to show people that they can completely and utterly love themselves once again. Throughout life, too many people just forget how to.
What’s next.
You can see me in Kevin Costner’s Western epic Horizon: An American Saga - Chapter 1 as well as the Revolutionary War drama Love, Courage, and The Battle of Bushy Run. You can also catch me on the upcoming series The Stanford Prison Experiment: Unlocking the Truth on National Geographic/Disney+. I am currently shopping my debut feature length script, A Night in N’Awlins.
